Tara is a graduate from Millersville University with a Bachelors of Social Work degree and from Edinboro University with a Masters of Social Work degree. Her background includes working with children and families going through the process of adoption and foster care.
Tara is married with two children. She enjoys spending her free time at their camper at the beach in Delaware.
